great location fine views spa sauna modern vibe

The hotel had an amazing location, very close to the train station. the views from my room were fine!!! the amenities provided were also great. I particularly enjoyed the spa and sauna, especially with the 50% discount i received as a guest. the modern vibe was noticeable throughout the entire hotel.

The breakfast buffet was a bit limited one morning. There wasn't much being refilled when i arrived closer to the end of the breakfast hours. but honestly, that was a small issue compared to everything else that was amazing.

The front desk staff demonstrated respect and helpfulness , providing excellent customer service when needed. housekeeping maintained a clean and well-kept environment throughout the hotel. I really appreciated their attention to detail.

My queen room had full sunlight and a slightly spacious feel. It was very clean. i found it easy to relax and unwind in the room after a long day exploring. the modern design contributed to the overall pleasant ambiance.

the hotel's location offered a variety of restaurants to explore, providing many dining options. while i did not have time to fully experience the hotel restaurant, i noticed many guests seemed to have enjoyed their meals. the convenience of having so many eateries nearby was great.

the location have access to shopping area in ginza. rooms were clean i see. the staff were helpful, too. i had a beautiful queen room.

the room was small i find. there werent any hanging space for clothes. the pillows was very uncomfortable to my taste.

train stations selection of restaurants excellent location small room limited closet repetitive breakfast

The location was excellent. I was charmed by it. it was near multiple train stations including ginza and hibiya. there was a wonderful selection of restaurants right across the street from the hotel.

The room was quite small. it lacked space for clothes. There was no closet and just a few hangers on the wall. breakfast only had two choices, and it was the same every day!

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks

small room train noise

The room I had was quite small. It was HARD to maneuver with my luggage. the noise from the nearby train was noticeable. I could hear it quite clearly, even with the windows closed. This made it difficult to relax at times.
